Bodega y Taberna Santiago Queiroloforward
Pueblo Libre, Lima

Bodega y Taberna Santiago Queirolo
From 1880 to the 1960's, the Queirolo family grew grapes and made wine here. The vineyards have been moved south of the city, but the charming restaurant remains, just steps from the national archeology and history museum. Good wine and food, though you may need a dictionary for the menu, which includes tiradito de pescado, choritos a la chalaca, patita di fiambre, papa rellenos, and a selection of piqueos, among other local dishes.
